Seeing as how nobody is responding to this, probably because it sounds like you want people to do the number-crunching for you, I'd suggest you go for a high Electronics and Electronics (Microelectronics) B/R skill, Computer and Computer B/R and load up on communication's gear. BattleTac system seems like a good idea, and perhaps even a VCR to operate some surveillance drones.

Really, the electronics expert is almost trivially easy.

Electronics, Electronics B/R (if you can convince your GM to merge them, do so), Computers (Programming), Computers B/R

edges
college education, technical school education

Cyber:
image link, micro vision, datajack, enhanced articulation. The skillwires/CED combo seems popular as well.

The only real 'requirement' is micro vision and electronics skill, however (and your toolkit). Everything else is basically just icing. Do note that a lot of the automated tools mean you CANNOT use your electronics skill. Figure out which does stuff faster, skill or tool. If the tool is faster, consider picking it up for low-level tasks. Otherwise, don't even bother.

If you're going the tac computer route, Small Unit Tactics, orientation system, as many senses as you can cram into your ears and eyes (thermo, low-light, ultrasound, so on and so forth) and see if you can convince your GM to let you get information from drones using only a remote deck and a datajack, not a full VCR. Better, convince him to use the 2nd edition tac computer.

Check out the Cyber Logician (from Chrome Kings, Cybertechnology p92). He has Psychology (Deviant Behaviour) 6 (Group Behaviour) 7 and an Essence of -4.0. This is what you should aspire to.
Since nezumi mentioned Shadowtech note that it's 1st edition too. If I'm pedantic it's because I love the classics ;)
