These are pretty much all of the Street Names from the thread from the old forum. I thought I'd transfer them over for the use of those who haven't seen the thread yet. As always, if you have new ones, please, add them!
(I'll be updating the list if anyone does add any new ones too)
Disclaimer: If the same name got repeated twice, my apologies. I also apologise for the lack of alphabetical order to them. Hopefully it's still useful!

Obviously some of the names suggest certain types of characters more than others, but there should be names here for everyone!

Jaeger is really spelt Jäger (and ä is...hmmm...I forgot Alt-132, 133, 134, 148 or something like that)

But a very nice list - thank you

With character concepts that inspired the names:

Fred - bland, unmemorable, and/or unimaginative guy
Antique or Relic - aged and/or old-school runner
Dennis - ...the menace
Mr. Clean - with only legal gear and permits. Or just a big bald guy. :)
Grendel - the fragging huge troll with the classical education
Boom - explosives freak, of course
Tom or Tom Cat - that freak with the Kid Stealth legs and cosmetic surgery

12 pages and growing.

A few more I thought of (well, I stole most of them). Enter the Matrix I've found is a really good source of names (as is the Matrix as a movie).

Ahem.

Anyway, here they are.

Anon ("anonymous" - Decker-type name)
Apoc (wonder where *that* came from? :D Short for "apocolypse" BTW I think)
Beckett
Blacklight
Chance (sort of name a shadowrunner might pick up early in their career)
Corrupt (an excellent decker name)
Crow
Dante
Dharma
Gilgamesh (Babylonian mythical figure)
Ice
Macedon (any country could be used as a Street name. I just like the word Macedon)
Malachai
Omen ("for the touch of the sinister many runners are looking for" :) )
Romeo (ideal for melodramatic or sparkly clean characters)
Seven (seems the best name number)
Spiral
Switch (see first comment for "Apoc")
Trace (although as a Shadowrunner name, it may be courting trouble...)
Uriel

(In case you're wondering about the comments, I'm in a strange near catatonic mood...)

Well, obviously there's:

Doc Sportscar- drone/vehicle rigger with a tricked-out Saab Dynamit

Other ex-PCs/NPCs include:

Hawkeye- sniper
Sharkskin (I believe)- merc with an emphasis on diving/underwater demo skills
Fireworks- heavy weapons specialist
Five-card- mage. Would have had centering skill (Card Tricks) if I had ever initiated him
No-see-um- Sammy specializing in concealed weaponry
Sliver- Assassin/Covert ops specialist
Codeslinger- Decker favoring Silver Screen/ Sphagetti Western iconography

edit: Headbanger- your basic mercenary type, lots of guns.
edit again: Sis Chris, short for Sister Christian- street sammy

There used to be this guy on the ShadowRN mailing list that had a kick ass nickname, which would be perfect as a name for a Decker - which I'm just dying to use in my game...

Why is it that everytime I see this thread I think, "Why do people need the names of streets so badly".

And then I read it. And then I go, D'OH, not again!
