Say you have a mage with a low level skillwire system so that he can have access to any number of skills. He conjures an ally spirit. Can he give the ally spirit a skill that he has as an activesoft or knowsoft? How would you other GM's rule that?

I'd rule no. That's primarily on the same grounds that you can't combine chipped skills with your own pools: you don't have an innate understanding of them. Secondarily: it doesn't fit with how cyberware isn't compatable with magic.
