It doesn't, he has it on vibrate. He isn't 24/7 on call either, just Monday through Saturday 5am to 2pm. It has been a pain in the butt before though, and he can't really take any runs away from the city unlees he takes time off. But it gives him Free Doc-Wagon basic, and he has some good Roleplayed contacts from it, so its not all bad.
