Okay, tutorsofts have me confused.

Not so much in mechanics, the mechanics are pretty clear. But in concept.

Are there skills that are generally impossible to train by tutorsoft? (For example, shooting skills?)

How do they work, anyway, fluff-wise?

The only skills impossible to learn via tutorsoft are awakened skills, as those can't be replicated via technology. Even emerged ones will work, although you'd most likely need a technomancer to write those.

And fluffwise, they are an AR-teacher-program, doing exactly what a 'real' trainer would do training you remotely.

Martial Arts Maneuvers(Arsenal) aren't available on tutorsofts either. I don't get why but that's RAW.

Actually, both Magic and Resonance skills are not trainable via tutorsofts. Everything else in the core book, is trainable. They are limited to rating 5 though, YMMV on whether you'd make that the cap for training skills as well.
