Well... both ninjas AND hippos are mammals, and, as we all know, they know the secrets to attain real ultimate power. Oh... I would have voted, but you forgot to include "learning how to commit seppuku with a frisbee" |

I would like to offer my sincere thanks for introducing me to that site. I just fought 40 Ninjas in a super heroes game and had no idea how underpowered the GM was treating them. |

The ninja were lulling you into a false sense of complacency. Sometimes they'll do that for your entire life. That's why ninja aren't as fearsome in history as they are in legend: so that people will underestimate them.

What are you saying?! Already in the year 440 2 ninjas killed an entire squadron of pirates and didn't even think twice about it! |

You see? They're hiding their true power! The reality is, they didn't even think once about it!

Don't tell me that you people don't know about the first rule of ninjas..
First rule of Ninjas - The relatively power of a ninja is reversely proportionate to the number of ninjas in a strike force. I.E., a single ninja is bad ass, but 50 ninjas suck. |

Ninjas worked in teams anyway. They each had specialist abilities and used them together to create the myth of them being super-skilled and having superhuman powers.

That may well be true, but when 60,000 ninjas get together and wail on their guitars, they can kill a country! |

All you need are five ninja. One with a katana, one with bombs, one that switches between deadly energy projected from his body and a giant throwing star (not a shuriken, since there's no way that thing's going to be concealed in someone's hand) that has mystical boomerang-like qualities, one with a kusari-gama, and one that throws shuriken. Then you can do anything.
Oh, and of course the leader (the katana-wielding one, with the red sash) is named Joe Musashi. ~J |
