Common Dice Pool Cheat Sheet, Looking to create one need example pools. Options

I am wanting to create some cheat sheets for common dice pools. One to handle all the numbers for diferent weapons and corresponding combat pools, A list of common hacking pools, and any others that may come in handy. I am wanting to make a group of sheets that have common dice pools for Players to fill out along with their character sheet so they aren't having to constantly figure dice pools except to add the various modifiers.


What I need is a list of common dice pools and their corresponding page reference. A starting place to get this doen quickly without my having to dig thru the book for all the various pools.
