No wonder I couldn't find it. SF doesn't leap to mind when I think Middle East. It wasn't in SoA or LA. Thanks.

Yeah, System Failure wraps up a lot of the major plot lines for the transition between 3rd and 4th edition. It also goes over the New Revolution attempted coup of the UCAS.
