Hi all

To all the MTG players... I haven't played for 14-15 years and sold all my cards ages ago. After looking at the latest 2010 Core cards, I've been thinking about picking up some cards for me and my wife to play casual games. Back in the day, the only core options were single starter decks and 15 card boosters. Now, there are "Fat" packs, various theme decks, and such. For our purposes, which are simple games... we will be sharing cards, not terribly competitive... except perhaps when doing the dishes or diaper-changing duties is on the line, what would be better for a first purchase? A 2010 "Fat Pack" or a set of all the 5 intro theme packs?

EDIT: To clarify, when I mean "sharing" cards, I mean that we don't buy or keep our own individual cards... we build decks from a shared pool of cards that we have purchased together.
