So it looks like, in relative order, that my list of things to do / aquire (as far as weapons) are:
1) AA-16 2) Modify my ARES Alpha 3) Modify the AA-16 4) Sniper rifle of some sort (possibly a sporting rifle), LMG or MMG 5) Automatic GL 6) Modify the weapons from #4 & 5 Did I get my order right? Did I leave anything out? |

You might want to look into the Steyr AUG from Arsenal. Statistically not as superior as the Alpha, but IMO much more versatile. You'll be combining a rile, assault rifle, LMG, and one other gun that I forget (SMG?) into one easily exchangable platform.
