Greetings everyone. Been playing/running Shadowrun off and on through all four editions. My other hobby is making computer animations so I came up with a way to combine the two. I am starting a PBEM game that is anything but typical. I will be making a 3d model of the scenes that players will be able to open in just about any (free) 3d viewer out there. I will also be making a QuickTime style VR for each character each round so they can see what their character sees and I will be making animations to show the results of the action. I've set up a web site with more information as well as the first intro movie and VR.
The web site is: http://games.drewradley.com/

Contact me from there if you are interested in playing.

I can't imagine the time investment this would entail... You are a brave soul.

It's not bad really-- not really any worse than preparing for a table top game. I've got a lot of prebuilt sets, figures and moves to apply to those figures. Besides, it's something I enjoy doing so I don't even notice how long it takes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grinbig.gif)

Awesome. I'd love to be one of your players right about now. What would it take for me to get in on this?

I'd be interested in joining, is there anything about the game itself we should know?

I've got a lot of information on my website: http://games.drewradley.com/

Once you check that out, if you still have some questions, feel free to email or PM me. I've got one confirmed player so far and two more who've contacted me about playing but have yet to follow up. I'm limiting this first run to four characters but afterward, I'm going to open it up to three or four more players.

Basically, if you want to play, go to the site, see how it will work and send me an email with what character you'd like to play and what gender they are so I can make your avatar. After the Alpha run, I'll work closer with players to make their character and avatar match as close as possible.

As for the game itself, I'm going to be using Food Fight 4.0 for the Alpha run, and start off using the Official Missions (unofficially). They are a good place to begin. It's okay if you've played either Food Fight 4.0 or the Official Missions since I think this will be a whole new experience.
