Have you tried the new domino's pizza yet? IMO they made just a few changes but it is much tastier than the original. I used to always get thin crust because the original crust was just thick and bready and you had to force yourself to eat it. Now, they basically made the crust taste like the twisty bread. The tomato sauce has just a hint of spice, and somehow the dough seems less cakey. Eating cold domino's pizza the next day tastes more like eating pizza and less like eating some kind of dense white bread.

On the whole I'd say it's a better food to order for your friends on game night, but there is one drawback. Now, the flavored crust gets your fingers greasy. Not as greasy as fried chicken, but more greasy than potato chips. Your game materials might get oily fingerprints. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/frown.gif)

I suppose it's not as bad as Dorito prints.

I didn't really hate old Domino's, but we took advantage of the "please love our new pizza" sale and I feel about the same about new Domino's. It's just food chain pizza either way, to me. On the bright side, since you can get a medium two-topping for like $3 right now, it's a pretty good deal.

QFT. If you're fortunate enough to have an honest-to-Cthulhu pizzeria near you, order from them. Even better, if you have the time, is homemade pizza. With a little experimentation (and, it must be said, a fair amount of labor), you can almost certainly produce something vastly superior to Domino's.

Anthony's is the best one here in the area. There's a place about 30 minutes from here that serves excellent pizza but Anthony's is damn close.

Too bad I don't each much pizza now.

We order from Domino's regularly for our delivery pizza needs, even though there are many high quality pizza places around us. Don't get me wrong, I like gourmet pizza, but sometimes you just want dirty trashy fast food pizza, and Domino's serves this need quite well. They are quite cheap, you can order from them online (and view exactly when your order is being processed, although this is probably a lie), and they have these awesome Lava Crunch Cakes that are so... *drool*.

Sometimes, you just crave greasy food. Domino's is probably the best place for that. *grin*

For that, I've got potatoes, a cast iron pan, and a bit of oil. Fried potatoes(not frech fries) are fucking great.

Amen to that, I really dislike mcdonald's style french fries, little potatoes in them. I love steak fries, the more potato in the fries, the better.

Dang it, I really want to check out the domino's pizza... stupid new years resolution of healthy eating. *sigh*

The crust is the most time-consuming part. If you aren't a grains snob, use Boboli or some other brand of pre-made dough vehicle and you're golden. Or you can do crust-less pizza and have the cheese hold it all together.

That sounds intensely messy.

Not really. Whatever is touching the pizza pan hardens into a chewy substance during the baking process.
