It seems that the cost for Body X Cost for vehicle modifications makes microdrones very cheap.

Increasing speed and acceleration is free
Flying fox system is also free

It is stated that they are considered having a body of 2-4 (I forget which) for those prices.

EDIT: Body of 2. 2nd paragraph of Drones, page 131 Arsenal.
