RL Megacorp reaping what it sowed.
Company lies openly to the market about the health of their president.
They use this time to encourage him to step down.
He was pushed out due to supposed Yakuza ties.
Ousted President is fighting back.

Sure to be at least a few usable ideas in the mix.

alleged associations with yakuza? i thought japan was just like everywhere else, with organized crime, government and corporations being sides of the same pyramid...
