I've noticed that Runner's havens is not on the CGL website for current books, and also, that Seatle 2072 isn't either..what gives?

Seattle 2072 has been pulled because the writers has claimed copyright until they have been paid in full.

and Runner Havens is oop I think, if by "not on the CGL website for current books" you mean the availability of the print copies. pdf should be available.

Catalyst Game Labs did not release Runner Havens nor reprint it; it's a FanPro book and has been OOP for awhile.
