I was considering a multicasting spec'd mage build and was wondering how edge would work with multicasting. The edge rules state that you can use one point of edge on one test. When you are multicasting (or multi-targeting for instance with dual wielding guns or melee weapons) is that considered multiple tests? Or is this all the same test, but it's broken up somehow? By the wording it might simply mean that there is limited synergy between edge and multicasting/multi-targeting.

Multicasting and dual-wielding are both one action but multiple tests – you roll separately and determine success separately, ergo you may use edge on any number of the spells/shots involved but it will cost a point for each one.
