In order to combat the dreaded double-post, would it be possible to implement a feature to delete posts for up to (e.g.) 5 minutes after posting them?
I understand that this might not be possible with the current software, or the Admins might not like the idea for some reason, but it's a nice feature I've seen implemented elsewhere. |

For recinding, just edit your post. If you have something you want deleted, use the Report button. It gives you an option to explain/detail your report, and it automatically goes to all of the mods.

Good point about the rescinding. As far as reporting to delete, don't the moderators have enough to do? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Actually it's been surprignly slow lately. There's usually not so much going on that we have to take care of. It's just been the past two months that have been busy, and a post delete takes all of 5 seconds. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
