Does IC in cybercombat get any type of pool to augment the rolls made by the host? The decker gets a hacking pool, but what does the IC get. Or, alternatively, do they get none as the hacking pool represents a human's ability to improvise where an IC program cannot.

Nope no dice pool for them. Security value only, unless it's a frame, then they get a pool can't remember what or how mind
