I'm looking to start a character from there, and wanted some background fluff. Like is it an irradiated hellhole? Booming metropolis?

I've been a few times IRL, so can possibly extrapolate.

There was a bit in North American Nations, I think, but the most current mention is in Vice. It's the biggest city in the Pueblo aside from LA, and the Koshari are the big syndicate in town, with the Larraga Mafia family trying to force their way in. Doesn't appear to be going well for them.
