I just perused another thread where users missed links in posts because they are too hard to see.
While I am a fan of the underlining being removed from links, it does make them more color dependent, and the default link color currently in use is too close to the default text color. I would suggest making the default link color a light green, that still changes to the current dark green when hovered over. |

I'm in favor of that. The current color can be hard to distinguish sometimes.

Not green. Especially not light green. I'm color-blind, and would never see them. Stick with blue, like every other link on the internet.

Not green. Especially not light green. I'm color-blind, and would never see them. Stick with blue, like every other link on the internet. I'm color deficient as well, and I can never tell when things are linked due to the normal color. I fully agree that some other color needs to be decided on. Maybe not green or red, but something else definitely. |

As another color deficient poster, I also would like to see a change of color.*grin* I usually just scroll over any text that I think looks like a link until the link bar shows up on the bottom of my screen. not the easiest way to find "the little clicky spot"

IŽd like links in Italic, I dislike coloured text. (The current off-colour of the links is fine, I must look VERY hard to notice it.)

Is there a "universal" color for links?
By that I do not mean "the blue color that is standard" so much as a "default link-color selection", telling the user's browser to color the link according to their personally selected link-color. If not, is there a reasonable way to set this up? |

Alternatively, you could use the Stylish addon for Firefox. It lets you set custom stylesheet rules per website. I made DS have a slightly more green link color. Not a huge difference, but enough to easily note the links.
