 Improved Reflexes Adept Power, What's it cost to upgrade a level? |

Question: Going by SR4A RAW. If a character has the Improved Reflexes II adept power (cost 2.5 Power Points) and wants to "upgrade" it to Improved Reflexes III (cost 4 Power Points), does it cost a full 4 and the character looses the 2.5 spent on level 2, or do you pay the difference of 1.5?

As far as I've seen, there is no explicit answer to this question in RAW.
But paying just the difference seems the sensible way to do it. |
