To my fellow runners,
I submitted my name to be considered a candidate for the position of judge for the 2011 Ennies. Since I'm quite unknown on this forum, although a lurker for a few years, I thought it would be a good idea to present myself (perhaps again). First, a few information on myself to get things started: http://www.ennie-awards.com/blog/?page_id=745 Shadowrun is a game that I like and cherish. I mastered a few games at convention, including my popular scenario 'A fistful of Nuyens'. When I'm planning a one shot scenario for Shadowrun, I always come here for inspiration, and it never fails. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Instead of waiting for questions on why I'm a good candidate for the role (which you're still free to ask, by the way), I thought it would be better to start something fresh by asking questions. What's the general perception of the Ennies over here? Should there be an award for "living" type games? For example, should there be an award that would combine the best SR Missions, Pathfinder Society Modules, Living Forgotten Realms? How would you change the categories? Thanks!
