This was a James Bond film- Tomorrow Never Dies, also known as Licenced to Shill from the way too many product placements. In one of my favorite scenes in the series Bond is being held at gun point, The gunman is playing with his cell phone and is tricked into pushing the trigger, giving Bond a chance to fight back.

Best lines, as they fight for the gun and the tip slowly moves towards the gunman's face. "Please. I'm just a professional doing a job"
Bond, flat dleivery "Me too" - BANG-

Pretty low chance of that, because its not actually a phone, just a taser / flashlight that looks (a little) like a (really ugly late 1990's) phone.
