@Combat Mage
Hey man, you alive? Not sure if you lost track or not but post #4 was the last one addressed to you in my thread. |

Copperhead's assensing test on the magic bunny: Intuition (3) + Assensing (1) = 4d6.hits(5)=0
Lol, so much for the big build up! Let me know if I can make additional tests or whether the poor girl is just put to sleep by the Bunny's magic. |

I think it's you can re-try tests by just removing a die? Its not going anywhere so id say youd be able to retry.

Copperhead continues to study bunny:
3d6.hits(5)=0 - I think she really has fallen asleep 2d6.hits(5)=2 - wait, something's coming through 1d6.hits(5)=0 - but just a glimpse 2 successes is enough for the following: • The class of a magical subject (fire elemental, manipulation spell, power focus, and so on). |

Ok, Abs and Atomic, I'm kinda back...at least I can keep up with our little thread even if I haven't read everyone elses yet (doing my best).
Unsound...any comments on my question about aquiring contacts...back somewhere here in the OoC thread...?!? Also, I'm considering running a sequel to my Emerging game that would be effectively a prequel to parts of this thread...if I use the same character gen and karma awards scheme would it be ok to let potential players know they could then move on to here to boost numbers? Thanks A |

@Notsoevildm: This seems like a good spot to cut to downtime unless you have something else specifically that you want to accomplish before we do. We're gonna go with about 3 days of downtime to put us fairly in line with the current plot. Otherwise we'd just assume you went and picked up Cutter and did whatever your plans are for those three days. I'll work out another plot-line since Combat Mage seems to be AWOL at the moment.

Works for me, seeing as I sorta jumped into downtime anyway. I'll put up a post or two covering the next couple of days. Are we staying in our separate IC thread? |

Yeah I'm just going to run my plots in the separate thread to help keep the main thread easier to follow since we seem to be accruing a fair number of players at this point.

Any word for us newbs looking to join? Since it's been so long, I'll go ahead and once over your character probably tomorrow morning and we'll figure out where to get you situated. I can take on more players for the stuff I run. EDIT: Is anyone else waiting while we're on the subject? Also Daed: I was checking out your background. You noted the city as New Orleans but our setting is Seattle. Wanted to confirm you knew it was Seattle or if you meant he borrowed money from people in New Orleans then came to Seattle. |

Sry for the confusion |

Alright, I'll start a plot up for you in a few hours Daed. Got some shit I'm doing at the moment. It will be in the 2072: Grimm's Thread thread. Both that and the other 2072 IC threads are considered part of the 2072 games. I just moved my shit to a different thread to help alleviate confusion.

Starter thread is up for Kayden. By the way, you don't have names or anything listed for like your brother or who you got the debt from or anything. Do you have them already established in some of your notes somewhere or is it stuff you haven't thought about really?

@Grimm: Let me know if you want some more assensing rolls for the rabbit.
Here's one set for starters: Intuition (3) + Assensing (1): 4d6.hits(5)=2 3d6.hits(5)=1 2d6.hits(5)=1 1d6.hits(5)=0 - this one is a glitch! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/frown.gif) For healing, she will typically only manage 1-2 successes on someone with no cyberware, and only 1 on someone with up to 2 essence pts of implants. |

Making a couple of rolls for finding information.
Roll 1: Datasearch for allergies and medical weaknesses of the targets. (9d6=35) (logic + electronics) (7+2) = 9d6 4 successes Roll 2: Psychology roll for what behavior to expect from someone with Alex Connor (Windwalker)'s psychological profile, in this situation. (10d6=26) (logic + psychology) (7+3)= 10d6 1 success |

Before going to the meet, Copperhead will try and summon a F3 water spirit:
Summoning (3) + Magic (3) = 6d6.hits(5)=1 Opposed by spirit's force (3) = 3d6.hits(5)=1 - no net successes, no spirit! Resisting 2S Drain = Willpower (5) + Charisma (3) = 8d6.hits(5)=3 - but no drain She also casts a F1 combat sense into her sustaining focus (she doesn't keep this active between runs): Spellcasting (3) + Detection (2) + Magic (3) = 8d6.hits(5)=2 - limited to 1 hit (+1 to reaction and dodge tests). Drain 2S: Willpower (5) + Charisma (3) = 8d6.hits(5)=2 - no drain. |

I've posted a recruitment thread within the IC thread from Ember if anyone wants some action?!? Trip across Redmond, should suit 1-2 PCs.
I've also started a seperate recruitment thread for Emerging Conflict which some of you might be interested in?!? It's my intention to link it in with this thread at some point, although it happens in 2070... Cheers A |
