full moon society, Ghost who walks inside tribe's muscle Options

I did some re-reading and found that Ghost maker’s tribe (gang) of the Redmond barrens is the Full moon society. I looked through some sourcebooks and on the web but could not find anymore reference to them then the Novels. I was wondering if this was ever flushed out, either in sourcebook or in home campaign?

If not then would you car to take a stab at it, like about how many blocks of the Barrens they might control, population of the tribe then population of the Gang. I hope you do not mind me asking, I have a hard time thinking these numbers out of thin air. I was thinking of gearing it towards 2072... so I understand the short answer could be there all gone.
