Am trying to find a reference for the "fixer" in Seattle that is a suspected AI in the monument. Any one know what I am talking about? Can you give me a reference for this unique resource for shadow work?

I'd guess the Crash Memorial - or maybe the Crying Wall, but probably the Crash Memorial.
