A friend used to have a small board where we posted all kinds of good gaming material sources that we found. Sadly, that board isn't around anymore (c'mon Tim!)
I hate seeing all these great links and not having them available to use, so I'm starting this thread to contain interesting maps, tech, whatever could be used for a SR game. Here are some great floorplans / caves. http://nottinghamcavessurvey.org.uk/index.htm |

It's a quarter to 5 in the morning so I'm not up to tracking them down, but there's an awesome thread on Redmond with maps, and another with useful maps of buildings and such, both on these forums.

I live in Shoreline just north of Ballard (north seattle suburb), so I know the area pretty well. I can't wait for the rest of the Seattle missions to come out so I can run them for my group ^_^ |

Since my geocities Shadowrun site went down, and I had a lot of hidden content on there I used for GMing, I figured I may as well release it to the world. I just have the bitmap files of the maps I used to use for runs, but I don't have the old print outs I used for what numbers meant what (and in my later years I only mapped out a few important points of note and let the rest come up as needed). They're nothing spectacular, but they have served me well for years and let me keep track of where players are (or we pretend they're blueprints that they deck in and find of a place; I just scrub the numbers and make the colors a blue background with white walls).
DOWNLOAD THE MAPS (all are .BMP files): http://www.mediafire.com/?unnfmuvzizt READ ABOUT THE MAPS: https://sites.google.com/site/vegetaman/home/shadowrun/maps Map Pack Contents: SET 1: "Gang Hideout" (variation on SET 5) -SET1A.bmp (Outside Map) -SET1B.bmp (Inside Map Floor 1) -SET1C.bmp (Inside Map Floor 2) SET 2: "Generic Warehouse" -SET2A.bmp (Inside Map) SET 3: "Paranormal Building" (variation on SET (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) -SET3A.bmp (Inside Map Basement) -SET3B.bmp (Inside Map Ground Floor) -SET3C.bmp (Inside Map Top Floor) SET 4: "Prisoner Holding Area" -SET4A.bmp (Inside Map) SET 5: "Gang Hideout" (older version of SET 1) -SET5A.bmp (Inside Map Floor 1) -SET5B.bmp (Inside Map Floor 2) -SET5C.bmp (Outside Map) SET 6: "Lone Star Building" -SET6A.bmp (Inside Map Floor 1) SET 7: "Renraku Building" -SET7A.bmp (Inside Map Floor 22) SET 8: "Paranormal Building" (older version of Set 3) -SET8A.bmp (Inside Map Basement) -SET8B.bmp (Inside Map Ground Floor) -SET8C.bmp (Inside/Outside Map Rooftop) I haven't GMed a game in almost 3 years, but hopefully someone can get some use out of these -- I know I posted a handful of these in the past and quite a few people used them. I always made maps like these since it only takes 4 hours or so to throw together a run, and we were running weekly games and I pretty much suck at most editor programs that aren't MS PAINT. Some of these come from as long ago as 2001. |

Awesome! I'm sure they will see much use in my upcoming game. Excellent -- glad you like them! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cyber.gif) I tried in vain to find any other ones I had floating around or my old GM notes; it seems like those maps are all that is left of my run logs. |

Indeed, wish it could zoom in a little closer though.
