Matrix-only runs, Have any ever been published? Options

I've got a group consisting entirely of Matrix specialists, among them an AI, and it seems to me that this composition represents a unique opportunity to have runs that take place primarily or exclusively in the Matrix. As such, I'd be deeply appreciative of any recommendations on published adventures that have large Matrix components, as well as any homebrew of a similar nature, with which to supplement--or, more likely, supplant-- my own amateurish efforts at making a campaign.
