One more piece of futuristic Shadowrun gear that won't seem so futuristic pretty soon:

This is actually better than SR subvocal mics, as with SR you're still audibly speaking, just the words are sufficiently mumbled as to be difficult to understand.

The IRL subvocal system may be more akin to the SR transducer then, as far as how it works in game...
