First, ask what a shadowrun is.
According to WorldWordWatch, "A shadowrun is a quasi-legal endeavour" - ie, something frequently on the edges of legality. So then, A shadowrunner is someone who does things that are done where the law turns a blind eye - mercenary, soldier, policeman, special operative, private investigator, terrorist, thief, troubleshooter, killer, vigilante, spy, smuggler. |
