Yeah… I guess if someone specifically tried to break them? In SR4, it's more like 'effectively unbreakable', but it never really comes up. There are advanced wound rules in Arsenal that include broken bones (I *think*), but it's not really part of the game.
The drain on Reinforce is less than on Armor, so you have to assume it's not meant to be capable of replacing it; the incompatible Structure stat backs that up. |
