Greetings all!

When it comes to summoning/compiling the rules state that for ever 3 pts of force/rating the summoned entity gets
1 extra power.

Is that GM chosen or player chosen? The one time its come up i've randomly chosen, but i wondered how everyone else does it.

Definitely summoner chosen.

Though that would be an interesting way to account for a glitch on a successful summoning...if I ever see one where drain doesn't kill the mage.
