Negative Quality
Kung Fu Fighting Cost: -30 BP Effect: You move fast as lightning, with expert timing. All close combat and martial arts actions have their action reduced one category (complex becomes simple, simple becomes free). |

Because your life is a Bruce Lee movie. You go to get a carton of soymilk at the Stuffer Shack and suddenly...

I'm perfectly willing to accept that drawback.

I'm perfectly willing to accept that drawback. And you hit on the point. Everybody would be willing to take this... Because everybody was kung fu fighting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cyber.gif) |

Just think about it - your milk runs will turn into fighting hundreds of axe-wielding maniacs, evening dog walks - into besting ominous dark masters, and job interviews - into ascending towers of death with more and more horrific opponents. What's not to like?

What's not to like? Did not say it would not be, possibly, fun, but it would get very tedious exactly BECAUSE of those impediments to a normal life that you delineated. I imagine that after the 3rd Meet with the Johnson was interrupted, he would just likely go to someone else for the job (and tell the Fixer that your character was no longer acceptable as a candidate). |

However, since everyone is Kung Fu Fighting, he would have no one to go to. |

I'm a little bit frightened by this development, in fact.

What's not to like? A simple walk in the park could get you a couple dozen karma, depending on how creative you are about dispatching your opponents. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grinbig.gif) |

Since when did SR become Feng Shui?
PC *Walks up to closet, pulls out pistol, pumps three rounds through door. Opens door, dodges falling dead ninja as he gets his coat* Other PC "How did you know there was a ninja in the closet?" PC "There is always a ninja in the closet." |

That gag is originally from Last Action Hero, right? |

We're not all forgetting about the Law of Conservation of Ninjutsu, right?
