Crimson Samurai can't fly without extensive modifications.

They can't cast magic spells ever. Whereas we already know that not only can Unicorns be pretty damn powerful (The G.A.P. Trixie, Twilight Sparkle,) they're fully capable of violating the face off Shadowrun's existing metaphysical rules, such as "no time travel" and "no teleportation."

Very crazy Idea: I think the most awsome way would be pinky pie as a free spirit. There is no other way getting her cartoonish way inside shadowrun. And you could really look like Pinky pie. Astral Travel for the "I am already there effect". Multible form lets your pinky come with any outfit you see fitting.
And as a free spirit your pinky can withstand an insane amount of punishment. Which is comming her way, giving her recless nature. (I mean the rainbow video says everything about ponys in that regard...)

Only sad thing you can't summon the rest of the mane6, which you could do as a mage... But you can always take them as contacts!

For the attack I would suggest Stunbolts. Visual effect: Throwing glowing cakes.

Speaking of teleportation. Twilight seems to forget that she can do it any time it would be convenient to teleport. Classically Unicorns would only appear before maidens pure of heart and soul.

i'd take the magic out and replace it by awesome i'm afraid. . .
make the horn into a monofilament edged weapon for example
or make it retractable/telescoping with a thrusting point to boot.

yeah, me and magic, we don't really work well together, i am more of a machine head <.<;,
pegasus . . hmm . . pony flight suit and hooves with skimmer-discs might allow for some stunts O.o
and the sr pegasi are really mean fraggers too. so a shadowbolt version would work well here.
earth pony is too easy . . muscle stuff at max level for str at least, suprathoid gland too.
then some gecko stuff for the hooves being able to grip stuff. maybe magnetic system too here.
bone stuff, orthoskin, coloured skin and hair . . basically, skimp on most anything and make do with sheer skill and strength of body and will . .
BigMac would be the troll size version of these i guess . .

I figure she would have remembered sometime before the group suffered from terminal deceleration, but Rainbow Dash somehow figured out how to make a cloud support two Earth Ponies and two Unicorns before she got around to it.

Only Big Mac and maybe Applejack are strong enough to have any natural recoil compensation, but even so they can't hold a candle to a drone that suffers no recoil whatsoever. Heck, even an Ares-Stoner LMG would probably be too much.

That would be Nu Rich, a descendant of Diamond Tiara's who, after his father and grandfather lost most of the family's money, liquidated every remaining asset he had and invested every last penny and bit into Ares Macrotechnology, and is the one who convinced the company to sell the space station Freedom to Zurich-Orbital Gemeinschaft bank when it was being formed.

At least four generations, and from what we've seen, Apples are inhumanly long-lived. Remember that Ponyville was formed when Grannie Smith's parents were given the land by the Everfree Forest by Princess Celestia, when she was a filly, but Ponyville has traditions that go back centuries. I think you can do the math from there. It's also likely that she had siblings, and she must have been a very "fruitful" filly in her day, if you know what I mean. Applejack's parents, though unseen, clearly had at least three children - Big Mac, Applejack and Apple Bloom, assuming that they (a) aren't still alive in some other part of Equestria and still producing siblings, (b) didn't have other adult siblings who left the farm...

So then, it's likely that the Apples, or at the very least, Grannie Smith has had an Elven lifespan, which would give her plenty of time to have founded a dynasty, which is likely to have branches in all parts of Equestria, and that's only the ones who go under the Apple name, which isn't taking into account that the Oranges of Manehatten, at the very least, are cousins.

Based on what Twilight was doing "looking up and screaming with her mouth wide open". I doubt she was in any condition to do anything. Dash also caught Fluttershy with the cloud which is what makes Cloudchaser's expression golden.
