I can't decide for myself whether I think A True, True Friend or Smile Smile Smile is the best pony song so far. I'm leaning towards the newer one, but that might just be the newness of it.

Haven't watched the latest episode yet, but have to say Smile does it for me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) it has to be the cheerfullest song in the entire series.
