Okey, i can't belief nopony posted Ponycraft 2 yet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

On other matter, i'm actually currently in process of making the mane 6 as a team of runners based on this picture, with additional inspiration from this one and few others. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I prefer Pony Effect 2, but I'm just a sucker for sci-fi action-RPGs I guess.

And in other news: Just when you thought it was safe...

Well Stahl, you know the only way to complete this, right? You're going to have to convince Squinky to draw your character Ponyized, right?

A friend and I were talking about this and recently and we came up with a decent team based on the MLPFIM core cast.

The Night-Mares

Mage Gloaming - Having spent all her life in libaries and magic courses have ill-prepared her for the world outside of Tir Na Nog. However her magical prowess has impressed her teammates and she has discoverd that wjile being a mage is pretty awesome, there is some magic in friendship too.

Driver Arcbolt - Born with a need for speed, Arcbolt has over the years invested in cyberware that augments her natural talent to become one with any vehicle she drives. Her favorite weapon is Riot-Shotgun that she has painted in bright primary colors and dubbed her "Sonic Rain-boomstick"

Bounty Hunter Cider - With a strong sense of family tradition, the Bounty Hunter, Cider is a country gal at heart. Preferring weapons that resemble old fashioned 'western' firearms, one shouldn't mistake her for being out of step with the times. Her powerful frame and tracking skills are second only to her Loyalty to the Night Mares.

Hacker Soft Touch - While Shy, Withdrawn, and very... very quiet, nobody would ever suspect Soft Touch to be the veritable juggernaut on the matrix that she is. While she always tries the soft approach first, when all else fails a transformation takes her over and she becomes nearly unstoppable inthe virtual landscape, insisting that when she's done with them that they *WILL* love her.

Face Subtile - Born to be FABULOUS, somehow Subtile has a talent in making other people around her feel as fabulous as she does. She may be a bit of a drama queen but whether Hobnobbing with High Society or trudging through a dank ghoul-filled sewer her friends know they can count on her knack for accessorising for any occasion.

Gun Adept Threepointonefour - Mentally Imbalaced and random is one way to describe Threepointonefour, but her wild antics and gun-fu make her a forimdable and unpredictable opponant as well as a fun friend to simply clebrate any occasion with... and the other Night Mares wouldn't have her any other way.

Street Samurai Spike - The onl male member of the Night Mares, this Street Samurai has a love of fire that is less than healthy. Investing in the Dragonskin mod and a built-in personal oxygen supply, he is fully prepared for those times when you need to go in Hot. Has a very large crush on Subtile and tries to hide it, but she is very aware of it and often uses it to her advantage.

If you must.

Of course if you do, do not forget to use this sign at one of the labs for a major Corp.

OK. This one is new. And not exactly a high-quality production but it does show another way how MLP:FIM could fit into the shadowrun setting.

You know...

If it were actually possible to mass-produce magical items in the shadowrun setting I get the feeling that's exactly what the Corps would be doing.

Actually, Aztechnology does have guards watching magicians very closely in a prison-like workshop forcing low-level magicians to pseudo-mass produce magical items. There's a picture of it in... War! I think?

Of course knowing the magic system it's easy to see characters or variants of them as Spirits. Imagine a combat Mage with these ones backing him up.

Just be sure you don't insult your Spirit Guides when you summon them... or things could go very very BADLY.

Spirit of . . actually, would this be Spirit of Man or Beat Spirit? O.o
With Movement-Power/endowment.
Coloured hair/mane/tail.
Surged with blue skin. Yes, yes it DOES work out . . kinda . . sorta . .

You think you're kidding. One of my players is playing a centaur smuggler adept modeled on Rainbowdash. It works surprisingly well; Dash is basically a razorgirl in all but name anyways. Stands out like a sore thumb in Saigon, though.

I remember in one of the books one of the Runners related a story about how one corp had it's property guarded by a Cybered-up great cat... which was possibly being guided by a Company Rigger.

That does bring up yet another possibility for bringing in echoes of the series into the setting. They don't HAVE to be a character or supernatural... they can be the result of some guy in a Lab with a skill in cybernetics, access to parts, a huge love of an old animated Trid series and WAY too much time on his hands.

You just described most Riggers and Hackers.

I wonder how many Bronie Hackers there are with Icons "with a tattoo on it's ass named Starshine or some such crap". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

All you have to do is take a Falcon drone
Add it to the mix
Then just take a little Walker modification
A couple of legs, maybe six
Making these bots shows I'm a tech wiz
Add a teaspoon of More Dakka
Add a little more, and you count to four
And then you get to attack-ah!

Killbots, so small and nasty
Killbots, don't be too hasty
Killbots!
Killbots, killbots, killbots!
