Wanna hear the weird part about it?
edit: well, i'll tell you anyway! you remember the hubub it caused when it was revealed that she would ascend to alicorny? yeah? appearantly, the writers don't. as long as it's not a twilight episode, she even forgets she has wings and can fly most of the time. kinda like flutterhy when it's not a fluttershy episode. but added to that is that despite the whole world, including ponies what don't know her, being able to clearly see that she is now royalty? Yep, she still gets treated AND ACTS like the dorky geek living in the library . . |

i am still a bit sore about the fact that they did not use "this is bat country!" in the BATS episode . . because it had both the country girl applejack and bats in it obviously . .

Actually, I'm about 90% sure that it's just part of the overall drop in writing quality because the last two seasons have featured the shiny new Story Editor who IIRC has no previous credits in that position, Meghan McCarthy, also writing an Equestria Girls movie while trying to do the job. Clearly she's not exercising a great deal of continuity control. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) Then again, that may be why the last story editor, Rob Renzetti left to work on Gravity Falls instead. |
