I currently dont have any of my Shadowrun books thanks to my normal computer completely dying, but I have a question. In SR4, anniversary or normal, is it possible to build something along the lines of the tachikomas from Ghost in the Shell? If so, would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for what I would need to do?

Take a Steel Lynx, add a rigger cocoon, a pair of mechanical arms, and Gecko Tips.

Alternately, start with a Horseman PMV,
