There was/is a small single man chopper (as in the flying kind) that some images looked vaguely like what was linked, which is what I think the OP is getting at.
Personally, I went for a Hughes or the Ares one as you could move your team/stuff around in. |

Considering the cost that Winnipeg just dumped into a Helicopter, they could have possibly made due with an upgraded model like this at a lot less cost to Taxpayers.
