The Living Persona can't have attributes at a higher rating than the TM's Resonance. Does this include Persona bonuses from Echoes?

EDIT: And in that same vein, is a TM's Biofeedback Filter limited by his Resonance or System rating?

EDIT 2 (sorry, I'm just trying to learn how these guys work): Where it talks about Complex Forms, it says that "agents or any programs with a Pilot attribute may not be used as a Complex Form". Does that mean that a TM cannot load a normal agent/IC program?

I'm not certain if Resonance limits attribute bonuses from echoes. This isn't a very important point, though, because there are many echoes that are better than those that increase your matrix attributes.
A TM's Biofeedback Filter is limited by Resonance, not by System.
A TM cannot load normal agents or programs onto his or her biological node, but a TM can use a normal commlink and load normal programs onto said 'link. In fact, this is pretty useful, because not having a 'link is pretty uncommon, and you can just slave the 'link to your bionode, and not have to worry about anything.
TMs can use sprites, though, which function like agents. So it doesn't really matter that you can't have agents in the bionode.
