So I was flipping through Spy Games and I spotted what I thought was a cool piece of gear for the runner that gets in the odd fight involving cars. The amazing Clean Car Coating from page 144 of Spy Games. Problem is there is only a description of the coating, no game mechanics or price. So does anyone know what it should cost or how it works? Or will I have to wait until Catalyst updates their PDF on DriveThru? I have the PDF version from DriveThruRPG and checked for an update there. No luck.
