It's a forum board like this, and the link is to an off topic game. It is meant in good humor, and not mean spirited thing. Read the thread, see how not serious it is and decide if you'd enjoy playing along! It's one part recruitment drive (See how not serious we take ourselves) and one part just really fun game by people who role play, and pursue other nerd like activities! (In this context nerd is a positive!)
