Ahaha. I came to this realization around level 20. I opted not to pursue it because I thought it might get a little ridiculous. Glad to see that's true.

Certain areas always have higher ranked enemies and as you level, enemies in dungeons scale up somewhat. So what was once a boss mob is now a more common mob and there is a new, higher ranked enemy for the boss. Bandits won't generally be packing ebony or daedric or glass equipment, even post 30, but they will hit hard with their steel stuff to help make you not feel invincible. |
