Quick question. I've been reading through (and very much enjoying) the street legends book and I've just read the profile of Thorn. He's got an adept ability called Master of 1000 faces but I couldn't find it in any books I have (or I've skipped over it). Where's it from and what does it do? I'm assuming its related to disguise

Cheers for any help

Josh

It's from Spy Games. Short version? So long as it's a humanoid form (two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears, no gross skeletal structure changes), he can shapeshift into it. Troll? Yup, he grows keratin horns. Dwarf? Down he goes! "I'm shrinking...!" Black? White? Any shade inbetween? Done. Military crew cut or ankle-length curtain? Easily done. Between the prereqs and the power itself, he can impersonate and temporarily become a member of any metatype (excepting those with extra arms or more-or-less eyes)

I suspect it's part of Critias' plan to make streetsams obsolete and Thorn the new Ryan "Mary Sue" Mercury. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif)

0,5 PP - but you need "Melanin Control", "Keratin Control", and "Facial Sculpt" for it -> all in all it costs 1,75 PP
And the "Shapeshifting" takes 24h for complete metachange, faster change causes 1 physical damage per 2 hours reduced. The shapeshifting lasts 1 day per MAgic+Initiate grade.

Also Gnomes can never shapeshift back into gnomes and giants can never shapeshift back into giants because both fall outside of the height range.

Well, you cannot willingly shift back, but when the duration runs out you just shift back into your natural form ^^

you can only shift inbetween 1m and 3m iirc - but giants are too big and gnomes too small for that

Now need some special made clothes and some quick change abilities and the ability to take a butt load of pain as you turn a corner. The Saint (movie) on crack.

I wonder if you could regenerate this kind of damage - and 12P damage would toss most chars into overflow
