For years (well, at least since I worked on Man and Machine) I've been saying that the idea of cyberware being made in a factory is silly; cyberware would innately be custom-built for the user's body. Not that it needs to be custom designed; a computer program could spit out the build specs based off a body scan. But implants need to conform to the body they are put in, not the other way around, and that means custom building them for the user. And, in 2011, such a thing has happened.
