So the one thing that's depressingly absent from the pdf is a good map of the area. Anyone know a good one available? Or how I could possibly edit one up with overlays like RedJack did for Seattle?

Hmm, might be one in Native American Nations volume 1, but I don't recall it. Best bet it to grab a copy from google/mapquest and make it from there.
