When and where:
Olympic Cards and Comics - Lacey, WA Thursday afternoons from roughly 5PM For people driving in, it's off Sleater-Kinney exit, number 108 on I-5, half an hour or less from most of Tacoma, Lakewood, JBLM, Olympia, Tumwater and environs. Game information: I have worked out a substantial campaign, starting with the characters as high schoolers - this isn't a one-shot, but a complex campaign with multiple paths. 300 build points - expect to start with deficits, and expect to develop. No changelings - SURGE is not a part of this campaign. No technomancers - I think the technomancer rules are rather unbalanced, and I haven't found a good way of tweaking them yet. More information: There are some changes from the standard milieu. Yes, it's set in the Seattle enclave (starting in Tacoma, specifically), but to keep things a bit fresher I've fleshed out a new set of street gangs, fixers, political figures and so on. Don't expect to see Harlequin or the Halloweeners. Do expect to find out why Numbers macTavish worries about The Nest. 300bp looks very constraining, but bear in mind there are a few places you'll get points back. You live with your parents (Runner's Companion negative lifestyle quality), you start with a SIN, and I'll be forgiving about other choices of negative qualities because you're just high schoolers. However, there is no acne-related bonus unless you have such a bad case you could pass for a toxic spirit. |
