I'm reading the London Sourcebook and it's written that they've installed domes (malfunctionning) controlling the weather. But I must say, I don't really get what that could be. Is London under domes or are they somehow altering the weather? Is there something written in Shadows Over Europe about that? I like the idea of London beeing usually into an artificial fog.

Off the top of my head, the domes were built to control the climate over London, prevent acid rain and stuff but they were made from a bio-fiber. A terrorist group released a virus that rotted the domes fabric leaving a skeleton over the city.

I believe Detroit was also supposed to get a dome over the entirety of the city. And that terrorist story seems familiar somehow, too...

The domes were built over the CITY OF LONDON, which is a tiny piece of central London. And the domes are reduced to their skeletons thanks to pro-Restoration terrorists.
