Can anyone please explain the rigger rules for me. The book is kinda confusing and due to finals and massive ammounts of projects I dont have the time to sit down and fully read the book so any help would be appreciated.

Sitting down and reading through all the rules with thought takes about 23h43min, allowing for eating, a couple of hours for some simple gaming breaks, and several hours of posting. They can't really be explained unless you at least understand some of the basics. The area of "rigger rules" is so massive that you are forced to do some reading before you even know what questions to ask.

It does however get easier if one 1) has read, is familiar with Rigger 2, 2) can reference the main book with regards to vehicle combat (which I can't do at the moment). Just remember that it get's complex, but it's doable.
