So... Tonight we investigated the Legislature of Manitoba (Manitoba's Political Capital Building) after the two bronze statues of bison got up and started eating the carpet.

After we got surrounded by the two of them on the second-floor walkway (Exactly where we wanted them, yeah, that's the ticket!) conventional ghost wrangling was used on the first, while our Experimental Equipment Technician/Logistics Mule tested out his new "Proton Knuckledusters" and dented the head of the bronze statue (and the ghost inhabiting it!). Despite a hole in the wall (which lead to a room that had previously been sealed off), and some damage to a banister (and... Yeah, the statues), we were paid in full, as everyone was expecting us to "New York" the place but good!

We got back to the VW Bus (and Dr. Heisenberg's Motorcycle) to find all the tires slashed, and a card from the Ghostly Liberation for Undead Entities (the militant arm of the Liberation for Unrestrained Biological Entities). We're now looking towards filing a civil lawsuit and a restraining order against members of these organizations. Luckily, Ghostbusters, Winnipeg has a CAA Corporate Membership.

The good news is that the cheques have cleared, and my character has more money to experiment with again! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'm very happy with your GM's liberal use of Acronyms. GLUE and LUBE .. luvvit

My guys (if they read this) will suddenly realise who I am when I roll these guys into town in our up and coming nWoD campaign:

the Paranormal Activity and Ectoplasmic Disturbance Officers !

the last away team had a liveried bus, in A-team caps, with a logo similar to ghostbusters .. but ... different (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

the PC's (Vampires and werewolves and mages, oh my!) Ate them... the new away team are faster better stronger ! .. and the PC's are mortals

hopefully a lot less eating of NPC's this time around, but .. you never know ..

You think that's bad, the guy that's our connection to the Federal Government is a Progressive-Conservative in a Liberal Majority Government named Richard Wang who works for the Paranormal Research and Investigation Committee. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif)

Actually, aside from being a stickler for bureaucracy he's not so bad. The Employment Equity bit of the deal was a problem, even with a Black Scotsman in the group, but luckily one of the members of the team took a bullet to the head, and covered our issue. I later hired "BETTY WHITE, NAZI HUNTER" so having a female retiree put us in the black when it comes to that particular law.

She was actually a good hire, she intimidated a Bronze Bison just by staring at it and turning her low-weight/light-particle flow proton pack on. Then the guy that took a bullet to the head punched the ghost out of it.
